Chelsea was born and raised a Midwest girl, and currently resides in the City of Delafield. Lake properties, government transfers, corporate relocation, multi-family investments, home staging and decorating are a few areas of her expertise. She has managed her own property rentals since 2010, and prides herself in being known as a full-service; hospitality inspired realtor throughout the Lake Country area. She believes that people working in this business need to be more service oriented vs. soley sales driven.
She holds 10+ years of sales manager experience in the hospitality & tourism industry, working for International hotel brands; such as Hilton, Kimpton, Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott. She's also been a top producer for globally recognized Destination Marketing Organizations both in GA & FL. She holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Ferris State's University College of Business, along with marketing credentials from Cornell University.
Since 2020, she has helped over 30 United States Coast Guard families relocate to SE Wisconsin from across the country. When not at work, she loves hiking her Bernese Mountain Dog throughout the Kettle Moraine State Forest, staying physically active throughout the week, dining local, and boating on Nagawicka Lake. Her continuous drive comes from delivering unexpected, personalized experiences for those selling or buying their next home.
